Title change

I've imported my product into metafiled pro and it uses the title of the product in Shopify which is typically made up of 2 elements - an editorial name e.g take me to the brunch followed by product descriptor e.g backless playsuit so reads as Take me to Brunch - backless playsuit. This is fine for our won webaite but we need to ditch the editorail descriptor for marketplace e.g ebay/Amazon - how do I do this or where within each record? thanks
