Import Process Broken?

Your imports process seems to be broken - a couple of import jobs via CSV upload are listed as "Queued" instead of "Working" as expected, and then when I check after an hour or so, the job is listed as "Failed" and I haven't received any automated email advising me of an error or anything similar.
