Entry review and incomplete fields

What entry review shows

A read-only table of entries for one definition:

• One column per field on the definition
• Highlighted cells when a required field is empty
• Links to Edit in the app and Open in Shopify Admin
• Pagination (typically 25 rows per page)

Steps

1. Open Metaobjects Studio → choose a definition.
2. Open Entry review.
3. Scan highlighted required fields.
4. Click Edit on a row to fill missing values, or open Admin.
5. Optional: Download CSV to export all entries (large definitions may take a moment).

When to use it

• Before a storefront launch that depends on complete entries
• Before bulk linking an entry that must have required fields filled
• For agency handoff: export CSV, assign fixes, re-check
