Bulk link one metaobject entry to many products

When to use bulk link

Use bulk link when many products should share the same metaobject entry (size chart, ingredients, care guide, warranty block, etc.).

Do not use bulk link to write different values per product—use CSV import for that.

Create the metaobject entry you want products to share.
Ensure a product metafield exists that references this metaobject type (often via Enable on products).
Approve Studio permissions if prompted.

Open the definition → Bulk link (new bulk link).
Select the metaobject entry.
Select the product metafield that stores the reference.
Choose products:
- Browse products — search by title, SKU, tag, vendor; multi-select, or
- Advanced — paste handles / IDs for large lists from a spreadsheet.
Leave Dry run on and run once.
Review the preview list of products that would update.
Uncheck Dry run and run again to write the links.
After a successful apply, use Undo if you need to roll back while products still hold the linked value.
