What weekly reports do

On a schedule you configure, Data Doctor can email recurring health summaries (and related CSVs when configured) so you do not have to start every scan by hand.

Exact available scan types in the weekly settings screen depend on your plan and which Studio features you enabled.

Steps

1. Open Data Doctor → Weekly report settings.
2. Turn weekly reporting on.
3. Choose:
   • Day / time (shown in the app; delivery uses the app’s mailer timezone rules)
   • Which scan types to include (for example metafield coverage; Studio types if offered)
4. Confirm the recipient email(s).
5. Save.

Tips

• Start with metafield coverage only until you confirm emails arrive.
• Add Studio-related weekly types only after Metaobject Studio permissions are granted.
• You can still run on-demand scans anytime from Run new scan.
